
CEO – Vincent Wang has played a major part of the Chinese motor sports industry for nearly 20 years. He is head of the CTCC (China Touring Car Championship) and SVW333 Racing Team; organiser of the POLO Cup China and founded China’s first and most influential racing school. He is also the manager of the Shanghai Tianma Circuit and the CEO of Brilliance in Excellence (BIE) Hong Kong based company which took over the NIO Formula E Team in 2019 to form 333 Racing Formula E, with NIO remaining as Primary Team Partner.

Team Principal – Alex Hui has been working with the team since Brilliant in Excellence UK Ltd took over ownership and management of the NIO FE team in 2016. Previously a racing driver in the China Touring Car Championship (CTCC) and the WTCR Race of Macau, Alex won the 2018 Drivers’ title. With extensive experience in both motorsport and automotive engineering, today he is CEO of his own company, Gusto Engineering, in addition to stepping up to his role of Team Principal (from Executive Director) of the NIO 333 Formula E Team.

Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Team Principal – Russell O’Hagan joined 333 Racing in the role of Operations Director in March 2021. He achieved a 1st Class degree in Engineering prior to commencing his motorsport career which has spanned over 20 years. During this time, Russell has garnered skills in engineering, R&D, calibrations, motorsport operations, business finance and sports politics. With successes in touring, sports car, and GT championships, Russell is also passionate about sustainability. From this racing season he assumes the role of Deputy Team Principal alongside his duties in the newly created position of C.O.O at the NIO 333 Formula E Team.

Chief Technical Officer – Duncan Laycock has a background in design, development and race engineering encompassing rallying, sports car, touring car, prototypes. He has played an instrumental role in nine FIA world titles over his career and a number of Garage 56 specialist 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race entries, including the first 100% competitive electric lap of the iconic track. Duncan joined 333 Racing in 2020 from holding global Technical Director and Engineering positions and previously working on the conception of the NIO EP9 all-electric hypercar for the Chinese smart vehicle company.

Team Manager – Roberto Costa has worked in motor racing for over 40 years in all its forms, including Formula 1™, sportscars and Touring Cars competitions. He has been an integral senior member of this team since Formula E began, initially as Test Team Manager. With Team China Racing (TCR) (as the team was previously called) he won the inaugural Drivers’ Championship with Nelson Piquet Jr and from season six of the all-electric racing series Roberto has held the position of Race Team Manager.
