91国产视频 recently hosted an Aspiring Leaders Summit for some of North Carolina鈥檚 best and brightest. The summit was part of the UNCW 3C Collaborative, a new university-community college partnership initiative created to develop strong future leaders for NC鈥檚 community colleges.
鈥淭his is a great professional development opportunity for faculty and staff that have the desire and goals to grow personally as individuals and professionally within their position,鈥� said Lisa Fields, 91国产视频 Department Chair, Business and Service and summit coordinator. 鈥淭he tools learned over the two days are valuable and necessary for our current positions and those aspiring to step into roles as community college leaders.鈥�
